Good catch Michele. I've been doing this stuff implicitly. I automatically reach out to new users, I'm working through a number of biz-dev opportunities, and I have a separate "Marketing" to-do list that I haven't re-sorted yet.

I like your approach. I think it's great for brainstorming, and something I should look at adding to my "list". I seem to focus more on the actual individual tasks required to accomplish a broader objective (or goal). This tends to be more because one action affects another action, in terms of programming changes or added functionality to an existing application or before launch of a new feature.

I notice that your goal of "get more paying customers", does not include any marketing whatsoever. No cold calls, sales pitches, email blasts, affiliate programming. Can I ask why, or is that covered in another goal not indicated?

Cheers,
Michele
